Si, ya vino instalado de fabrica, pero encontré una actualización que me brindaron cuando mi computadora aun tenia garantía, porque ya había tenido un problema similar hace tiempo y funciono bien, el tema es que es una actualización de 2018 o 2019, pero no volvió a salirme de nuevo ese cartel, no se si será lo mas conveniente.
